After 20+ years of being scared to have a smear, the practise rang me to make an appointment instead of the normal letter I ignore. I had a very bad experience of a smear test in the past so put it off. Feeling rather silly now about this as no pain very quickly done.

I always get good care when I phone the surgery also the staff is always helpful and explain things well. I haven't any complaints at all.
